The workshop will validate the SADC Regional Postal Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Framework developed with UPU Japan Fund support, followed by the final meeting of the CRASA Postal Committee for 2025/26. Discussions will focus on the implementation of the Postal Operational Plan, monitoring and evaluation of cross-border collaboration and sustainability recommendations, and preparations for the 28th Congress of the UPU in Dubai 2025.
