The primary objective is to commence the implementation of the Committees’ Workplans for 2026/27\, as approved by the 15th Annual General Meeting. \nHuman Resources Development Committee projects: \n\nRecruitment and selection of an Accounts Officer;\nDevelopment of the CRASA workforce plan;\nTraining and development of CRASA Secretariat staff;\nHRDC capacity building for 2026/27;\nAlignment of CRASA policies with Botswana’s new Employment and Labour Relations Act;\nWomen in ICT Leadership in Southern Africa Awards; and\nOversight of performance management and performance rewards implementation.\n\nFinance\, Risk and Audit Committee projects: \n\nOversight of internal and external audit processes;\nBenchmark study on the staff-to-operational cost ratio for Members;\nOversight of the implementation of the 15th AGM resolutions;\nOversight of the implementation of the CRASA Operational Plan;\nOversight of the Revenue Generation Strategy;\nOversight of the CRASA Risk Management Framework;\nCRASA performance reporting and budgeting; and\nReview of internal financial policies.\n\nA joint excursion will be organised on Wednesday\, 19th August 2026\, for both HRDC and FRAC delegates.
