SUMMARY:CRASA G5 Summit 2026
DESCRIPTION:Pre-AGM\, G5 Regulatory Collaboration Summit:\nAhead of the 15th AGM\, Members and partners are invited to participate in the CRASA Generation 5 (G5) Regulatory Collaboration Summit\, a high-level pre-AGM conference to be held from 13th to 15th April 2026 in Lilongwe\, Malawi\, at the same venue as the AGM. The Summit is hosted by the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) and convened by CRASA in furtherance of its mandate to advance regional regulatory cooperation\, harmonisation\, and innovation. \nAnchored in the International Telecommunication Union’s Fifth Generation (G5) Regulation framework\, the Summit is themed; “Rethinking Regulation in the Digital Age: Collaborative Regulation and Building Digital Ecosystems.” It will bring together Heads of Regulatory Authorities\, senior policy-makers\, industry leaders\, and regional and international partners to examine how collaborative regulation can enable inclusive digital transformation\, strengthen consumer trust\, and support the development of harmonised digital markets in Southern Africa. \nKindly note that attendance of the G5 Regulatory Collaboration Summit will attract a participation fee of USD 650 per delegate for CRASA Members to be invoiced upon successful registration for the event.
